The history of Spitz Villa

Nestled in Budapest’s Városligeti fasor, the Spitz Villa is a remarkable example of early 20th-century art deco architecture. Designed by Artúr Sebestyén  in 1910, the villa stands as a testament to Budapest’s architectural evolution, blending elegance with modernity. Alongside his other architectural works in the area, this villa became a key part of the city’s distinguished residential fabric. Over the decades, the building witnessed multiple transformations, yet its artistic and historical significance remained unchanged.

Restoring the legacy

In 2016, TSPC Group was entrusted with the comprehensive restoration and modernization of the 3,600 m² villa. With the building under local individual protection, the project required a delicate balance between historical preservation and functional modernization.
