ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

The devision encompasses various design disciplines, including general, architectural, interior, landscape, and urban design, along with city planning. It also involves the preparation of a Bill of Quantities (BOQ), feasibility studies, and detailed construction drawings. Additionally, technical consultancy is provided to ensure the project’s success and adherence to standards.

ENGINEERING DESIGN

Our highly trained experts use modern tools and methods to examine the load-bearing structures of a building, assessing their condition, load-bearing capacity and service life. We provide a detailed report with our recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance.

ENERGY DESIGN

Training opportunities are continuously provided for the staff of TSPC Energy Ltd. in order to meet the increasing demands of all the specialised systems of the building electricity engineering field, as well as the network design field.

BIM

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a digital process for creating and managing data-rich representations of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. This shared knowledge resource supports decision-making across the entire building lifecycle.

CEED

Climate, Energy and Environmental Design (CEED) is an approach to the design of the built environment that creates environmentally sustainable, energy efficient and climate conscious buildings that are comfortable – at the highest possible level.

ROAD DESIGN

The Road Design Office was established at the same time as TSPC Engineering Ltd. Currently, the office consists of seven members, each with extensive professional experience. The team has participated in nearly all aspects of road design throughout their careers.

AIRPORT DESIGN

The Airport Design Office was established in September 2023 within the TSPC Group, as part of TSPC Mérnökiroda Kft. There are currently 3 people in the team. The design team has decades of experience and has been involved in almost every aspect of airport development and design.

FIRE SAFETY

At TSPC, we offer comprehensive fire safety engineering services, partnering with our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle – from initial concept to final execution.

UTILITY DESIGN

The Utility Design Office was established about 5 years ago, at the same time as the Road Design Office. The group currently consists of 14 members, where expert knowledge provides solutions for all areas of utility design.

INTERIOR DESIGN

For several years, TSPC Group Design team has been crafting interiordesign projects with a unique vision. Our six-member ensemble thrives on innovation, blending unique finesse with technical expertise to transform designs into captivating spaces.
