Architect (m/f/d)*
We, the TSPC Group, are an international architecture and engineering firm and, as part of the TSPC Group, offer all specialist planning services in accordance with HOAI.
We are looking for you for our branch in Munich/Germany to strengthen our team with your expertise and experience. We have specialized in the planning and implementation of demanding projects. We are currently handling exciting projects in residential construction, daycare centers, fire stations and school buildings.
With your specialist knowledge and experience, you can:
- Advance our projects in terms of design and technology
- Participate in the entire planning process and planning services of the HOAI for new buildings, conversions and renovation measures
- Create detailed plans
- Coordinate specialist planners and project participants
- Handle projects in close coordination with our team
- Communicate and coordinate project content, goals and tasks
And you have
- A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualifications for this position?
- Three years of relevant professional experience? Even if only in LPH 1-5
- Good knowledge of construction law
- A confident use of IT applications such as CAD programs, MS Project and Office applications?
- Are you able to work in a team, are customer-oriented and can assert yourself?
- Can you work independently?
- Other experiences that you would like to share with us? Or can you imagine wanting to develop them further with us?
- Very good knowledge of German?

Construction Manager (m/f/d)*

We are looking for you for our branch in Munich/Germany to strengthen our team with your expertise and experience. We have specialized in the planning and implementation of demanding projects. We are currently handling exciting projects in residential construction, daycare centers, fire stations and school buildings.
With your specialist knowledge and experience you can (tasks):
Independent management and monitoring of building construction projects in LPH 6-9
Coordination and control of construction execution in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
Management and instruction of construction and planning teams as well as coordination with project participants, clients, specialist planners and contractors
Creation of construction schedules and ensuring compliance with them
Monitoring of occupational safety and implementation of applicable regulations
Preparation and implementation of acceptances and handovers to the client
Addendum and defect management
And you have (profile)
A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification/professional experience
Several years of professional experience in the construction management of building construction projects
In-depth knowledge of construction contract law (VOB) as well as relevant standards and regulations.
Confident use of construction planning software and MS Office
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
Team spirit and passion for architecture and construction projects
very good written and spoken German skills

Senior Project Manager Architecture (m/ f/ d)*

We are looking for you for our branch in Munich/Germany to strengthen our team with your expertise and experience. We have specialized in the planning and implementation of demanding projects. We are currently handling exciting projects in residential construction, daycare centers, fire stations and school buildings.
With your specialist knowledge and experience, you can:
- manage and coordinate demanding projects in all performance phases of the HOAI (LPH 1 – 8)
- Take responsibility for planning, timely and high-quality implementation
- Take over the preparation of tenders and awarding of construction services as well as their coordination and management
- Lead the close collaboration with internal departments and external partners and be the first point of contact for project participants, clients, authorities and service providers
- Lead the cost, quality and deadline control within the projects
- Carry out efficient use of resources and distribution of tasks within the team
- Regularly monitor progress and check project goals
And you have
- A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualifications for this position?
- 8 years of professional experience in the Performance phases 1-8?
- Good knowledge of building law, VOB and HOAI?
- Are you confident in using IT applications such as CAD programs, MS Project and Office applications?
- Are you able to work in a team, are you customer-oriented and can you assert yourself?
- Are you able to work independently?
- Any other experiences you would like to share with us? Or can you imagine wanting to develop these further with us?
