The renovated building complex of the Szilvásvárad Lipizzaner Equestrian Centre was handed over in two phases, in November 2016 and August 2018, during which the general design tasks were assigned to TSPC Kft. Construction and planning took place according to the existing, authorized plans and the winning constructor consortium assigned the general design of the modifications and the implementation plans to TSPC Kft.
