The former Tobacco Factory of Ferencváros is given a new life: the former warehouse building is transformed into a high-quality modern office building. The building constructed by the design of TSPC has two parts: the existing building in Kinizsi Street and the new wing to be constructed will be joined in an exciting encounter. Thanks to the perimetric development method part of the plot will be converted into an inner courtyard.

The interior design was determined by the ‘green concept’ and the requirements of the WELL and LEED certifications.

The main entrance of the new building opens into the lobby area. The café – open for the public – and the conference area are accessible from here. On the ground floor of the existing building there is a restaurant and a gym, a co-working office, on the upper floors there are rental offices with common areas, in the attic there is a skybar and a roof terrace.
